We make a variety of both sweet and savory pies. All of our products are made form scratch with local ingredients. Please check out the different flavors we offer below. Not every flavor listed is always available. Visit our blog for weekly updates on what we're serving!

Savory Pies

All savory pies are served either frozen or hot and ready-to-eat at any of our market events.

They all come as 6" hand pies with roughly a quarter-pound of filling wrapped in our homemade flaky, buttery dough. They are designed as individual servings. 


Vegetarian Pies

Mushroom Potato Leek: roasted PA-grown hen-of-the-woods mushrooms, roasted potatoes, sautéed leeks, porcini gravy. Seasoned with tarragon, white pepper, and nutmeg. $7

Curried Chickpea & Butternut: roasted butternut squash, chickpeas, and sautéed cabbage in curry powder. With onions, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, and cayenne. Spicy. $7

Tuscan White Bean & Kale: white beans and kale simmered in vegetable broth with garlic and tomato paste. Seasoned with marjoram and basil. $7

Jerked Sweet Potato & Black Bean: roasted sweet potato, black beans, steamed kale, and caramelized onions seasoned with Jamaican jerk spices. Spicy. $7

Chard, Feta & Sun-Dried Tomato: locally-grown Swiss chard, local goat's milk feta, and julienned sun-dried tomatoes, seasoned with fresh parsley, marjoram, and lemon zest. $7

Meat Pies

Chicken Tagine: whole local chickens simmered in saffron and cinnamon broth, shredded and mixed with diced dried apricots, toasted slivered almonds, cumin, and fresh parsley. Contains nuts. $8

Pineapple Chipotle Pork: local pork shoulder slow-cooked in pureed chipotles in adobo sauce and diced pineapples, then pulled. Spicy. $8

Five-Spice Pork: local pork shoulder slow-cooked in apple cider with diced apples and Chinese five-spice powder, then pulled. $8

Moussaka: grilled zucchini and eggplant, roasted potatoes, red sauce made with crushed tomatoes, local ground beef & lamb, garlic, onion. Seasoned with cinnamon and fresh oregano. $8

Jambalaya: shrimp and local pork chorizo, crushed tomatoes, onion, celery, green pepper, seared okra, white rice, seasoned with Cajun spices. Spicy.

Berbere Beef: local ground beef cooked in Ethiopian berbere spices, mixed with caramelized onions, sautéed carrots, and roasted potatoes. Spicy. $8

Braised Rabbit: local whole rabbit slow-cooked in Chardonnay with bay, juniper, and rosemary, then shredded and mixed with sautéed carrots and caramelized onions. $9

Lamb & Feta: local lamb slow-cooked in stewed tomatoes, pulled and mixed with local feta cheese, garlic, and roasted potatoes. Seasoned with fresh garlic and oregano. $9

Curried Goat: local goat slow-cooked in Vindaloo curry spices with eggplant, cabbage, red peppers, and potatoes. Spicy. $9

Sweet Pies

Our sweet pies come in three sizes: mini (3"), medium (5") and large (10"). They are all baked fresh before market events.
