Hi pie fans! There is much afoot in the pie world this week. Here's the news:
I've developed a new pie flavor: chard, feta, and sun-dried tomato. The Swiss chard is from After the Fall, the goat's milk feta from Cherish Creamery, and the sun-dried tomato gives it a bright, umami kick. It's a winner for sure.
Also, braised rabbit is back! Might be another few weeks before I'll have it back, so get it this weekend!
Also also, I won't be at the markets next weekend (don't worry, I'll be back the following weekend), so it might well be your last chance to get strawberry and strawbarb pies this weekend!
