Hi there pie fans!
This week I have another robust menu of autumnal flavors available at my farmers' markets (Northside and Squirrel Hill -- Mt Lebo is done).
For sweet pies, I'll have:
chocolate bourbon pecan
For savory, I'll have:
braised rabbit (available Sunday)
five-spice pulled pork (with apples and caramelized onions)
chicken tagine (with dried apricots, toasted almonds, and caramelized onions)
mushroom potato leek
In other news, I'm happy to announce that I'll be a vendor at the Bloomfield Winter Market! It runs every other Saturday from December 3 to March 18.
Also, I'll be vending at two of the Greensburg Night Markets, on November 16 and December 8. Look for me there!
